Russian-Korean Business Meeting

     On the 28th and 29th of September 2006 Institute of Asia and Pacific Region (ISATR) along with Russia Search Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea) and with the support of Republic of Korea Trade Representative office organized sheduled Russian-Korean Business Meeting.

     The event took place as series of Korean companies representatives’ visites to Russian companies’ offices.

     Event’s main goal was to provide Russian enterprises and organizations with additional opportunities for direct contacts with Korean business.

     Korean companies were represented by:
- Signal Sync (Mr. Nam Chang-Hyun, Director) –Manufacturer of digital video recording devices extensively used in the security field;
- Sunmyung Electro Telecom (Mr. Kim Bong-Ki, Director) - Manufacturer of digital video recording devices, cameras and sensors extensively used in the security field;
- GST (Mr. Kwak Jeong-Il, Director) –Manufacturer of LCD monitors/digital recording devices combos;
- Samhong Engineering (Mr. Kim Young-Ho, Director) – Manufacturer of automobile wheel aligment computer diagnostic devices;
- Provix (Mr. Yoon Jin-Kyung, Director) – Manufacturer of mini-cameras used in medicine and car tuning (rear view);
- Hyogun Door ( Mr. Kim Kwang-Sik, Director) – Manufacturer of entrance and interior doors from wood and steel;
- Inlight (Mr. Kim Joong-Seong, Director) – Manufacturer of HID headlight system;
- DND Electronic (Mr. Seo Soon-Ki, Head of Foreign sales department) – Manufacturer of built-in cooktops. Modern technologies ensure no danger of explosion and no air pollution inside the house;
- Sammyung Tech. (Mr. Lim Han-Bok, Head of Foreign sales department) – Manufacturer of a layed - type electric floor heat system. Due to innovations, operation life can reach 30 years;
- Donggjin Silk (Mrs. Ahn Hyo-Heon, Director) – Manufacturer of 100% silk blankets and pillows. Silk worm’s cocoons may also be supplied;
- Seonhan Information Communication (Mr. Lee Joon-Woo, Director) – Manufacturer of anti-buglar alarms for living premises and offices. Remote system monitoring and control is supported;
- Reaction Engineering (Mr. Park Seong-Dae, Director) – Manufacturer of labware for research centers, universities and labs.

     34 Russian companies of various business fields took part in the event.
